Version numbering scheme changed

After a discussion recently held between the team members, it was decided to change the version numbering scheme used for WinSplit Revolution. The new scheme will follow the "Year.Month" style, also known as the "Ubuntu version scheme". Then the current release provided on June 2008 is a 8.06 version.
